It’s a ringing endorsement of Lattitude’s approach to safety training. We believe that, rather than telling people what’s good for them, it is better to inspire them to behave more safely. It seems like the jury at the World Congress on Safety and Health at Work agrees.

Excellent leadership skills are vital in organisations that aspire to a world-class safety culture. But it is hard to tell someone they are a poor leader.
